We prefer to err on the side of over-communication, and we never want you to be surprised by a contribution pulled from your bank account. We’ll let you know each time you receive a bank deposit, so you have the ability to approve or cancel a contribution to your Vault account.
If you've selected a set percentage of income to contribute, we'll email you when we have new bank deposit activity. This applies whether you have contributions set up for auto-contribution or manual review, so you can still control each bank transfer before they initiate.
After notifying you about an upcoming automatic contribution, you'll have three days to deselect the deposit transaction in the app to prevent the bank transfer.
